Charlotte & the Carolinas Open-air · Hosted · By the date
The 19th Hole, in print

Where the round ends, and the night begins.

A premium open-air photo booth, built for country clubs, member socials, and galas. Hosted, not operated. Designed, not dispensed. The kind of thing your members talk about on Monday.

01 The Clubhouse

Built for the club. Not the wedding circuit.

Most booths chase brides. We don't. The Nineteenth was made for the rooms your members already love: the holiday gala, the member-guest, the New Year's social, the foundation dinner.

One refined setup that wears your club's colors and your crest, never a kid's-birthday rental that wandered into the ballroom. White-glove from the first handshake to the last print, so the night feels like an amenity, not a vendor.

02 The Equipment

One booth. Dressed for your occasion.

A clean, modern open-air booth, wide enough to frame a full foursome. Studio ring light and softbox so every guest looks their best, not their oldest. Photography-grade prints in seconds.

Open-air design

No curtain, no cramming. Groups of eight step in and out in a breath.

Studio lighting

Ring light + diffused softbox. Flattering, even, photo-shoot quality.

Instant prints

The Nineteenth Cut, a designed strip in hand before they sit back down.

Live gallery

Every frame to a private club gallery, in guests' inboxes by morning.

03 The Round

Four steps. No double bogeys.

Step 01

We set the scene

We arrive early, dress the corner to match the room, and test every light before a guest walks in.

Step 02

A proper welcome

Your attendant greets every guest like a member. Hosted, never just switched on and left alone.

Step 03

One tap, done

Guests step in, the booth handles the rest. No app, no fuss, no learning curve at the bar.

Step 04

Prints & gallery

A designed strip in hand in seconds, and the full gallery delivered to the club by morning.

04 The Wall

A print worth keeping.

Not a smudged strip from a machine. Every frame is lit, designed, and finished like a keepsake, branded to the club it was made for.

05 The Scorecard

Simple card. No mulligans.

Honest, all-in pricing. Setup, attendant, prints, and gallery are always included. What you see is what the night costs.

06 The Membership

Why clubs keep us on the calendar.

01

Repeat-ready

Your social calendar runs all year. One relationship, every event, no re-briefing a stranger each season.

02

Branded to you

Your crest, your colors, your club's name on every print. It reads as an amenity, not an outside rental.

03

White-glove

A hosted attendant in proper attire who treats members the way your staff does. Discreet, warm, unhurried.

04

Photography-grade

Real lighting and a designed print. The output looks like your club, not a county-fair stall.

07 The Caddie

The caddie has the answers.

Anything else, just ask. We answer every inquiry ourselves, usually same day.

How much space do you need?

+
An 8 × 8 corner and a standard outlet. We work around your floor plan and stay out of the flow of service.

Indoor or outdoor?

+
Both. We're happy on the terrace or the veranda as long as there's cover and power. We'll scout the spot ahead of the date.

How far ahead should we book?

+
Clubs typically reserve holiday and gala dates four to six months out. The earlier the better for December and New Year's.

Can you match our brand?

+
Always. Club crest, colors, and event details on every print and on the live gallery, designed by us, approved by you.

What's your service area?

+
Matthews, North Carolina and forty miles in every direction, covering Charlotte, the wealth belt, and Lake Norman. Farther by arrangement.
